Hi, Iām Victoria. I am the founder and creator of the High Energy Fusion Yoga style.
During the Covid-19 quarantine, my studio was forced to close and necessity drove me to get creative. My staff and I started teaching live classes through Zoom so that our people would have a sense of normalcy. There was such a positive response that we decided to keep the virtual studio going.
